Attorney files motion to amend rules to allow for word counts

Andy Lowry at Copeland, Cook, Taylor & Bush has filed a Motion to Amend Certain Rules to Provide for Word Counts in Mississippi Supreme Court briefs.   The motion is well reasoned and can be seen here:  word-counts
