WLBT is reporting that Walker was sentenced today to five months imprisonment and five months home confinement.
His nephew, Chad Teator, got the same sentence.

Earlier: On Jan. 5. 2015. the government moved to reschedule Joe Dale Walker’s sentencing so that it could continue to gather information as to restitution. The docket notes that a telephone conference was held on the 6th.
