The site was getting lots of hits for “Joe Dale Walker”.  This might explain it.

From the Magee Courier: Judge May Face Federal Tampering Charges

Documents filed in federal court in Jackson list charges of Tampering with a Witness or Informant by former Chancellor Joe Dale Walker.
The bill of information was filed on June 2, according to court documents.
The bill of information states that from August 7, 2013, until March 25, 2014, Joe Dale Walker did corruptly attempt to obstruct, impede, and influence an official proceeding.

The story notes that he tendered his resignation in May.
The fact that he’s being charged via a bill of information indicates a plea deal.
