Warren Circuit Clerk Palmertree removed from office

According to WLBT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors has voted to remove Ashley Palmertree from her office as Circuit Clerk after a hearing in which it was determined that she does not live in Warren County but rather Madison County.  Palmertree has been indicted for embezzling from that office.  See earlier coverage here.
